It is a good practice book

I was unable to read far enough to evaluate the content, because the editing was so bad. There were typos (e.g., a space before a comma), and missing articles, and words in the wrong order, and on and on. It was just too much; I had to stop. It's possible that there are good ideas in this book, but these errors were just too distracting.
