If this is for the smaller scale figures then it is not Black Series. Why is it advertised that way?

Hasbro produced both a black series in the 3 3/4” scale and the 6” scale. After a couple years of them both being called black series, hasbro ditched the black series on the 3 3/4” scale and called it the vintage collection, which is what it is now.

Is this a model that needs to be put together? I’m looking for something that is done.

It is a model replica made of formed plastic in the completed condition as in the picture

30 cm. aprox. Ideal for the small scale figures

Does it have the button on the back that makes the legs move up & down like the original toys did?

No. There are no buttons to move the legs. You pose the leg and hope it stays in place.
