I've gone for years wearing long sleeve dress shirts in the summer, due to my half sleeves. I never considered that there was a solution, until I found these. I bought them in multiple colors, and they look seamless under a polo shirt. My industry is business casual, and this under a polo, with dress slacks is perfect. Just got back from a work trip, in 96 degree weather, and was thanking myself all over again for finding these. People who have seen me take them off, didn't even realize I was wearing them, they tend to blend with the sleeves of my polo, if color coordinated correctly. Highly recommend, they've been a life changer.

I would give 5 stars for quality. Its nicely made and doesnt look or feel cheap. Its hides tattoos perfectly. Only problem is how big they run. Im an averaged size woman, not thin or big, and ordered the XS/S and it wont stay on. Its has a grip at the top but doesnt do much good keeping it up. Great product but cant use. If you have really thick arms it would be perfect

I bought this to protect a Libre 3 glucose monitor after developing an allergy to all the adhesive covers. I had my doubts that a sleeve could be both 1) comfortable, and 2) tight enough to not slide down. But this is perfect. I can wear it for days without it moving more than a millimeter or two, but somehow it's so comfortable that I forget I'm wearing it. After the first day, I ordered a second so I can always have a clean one.

Small still falls down and didn't stay up. Covers good but needs to be tighter to stay up on arm

When I received my sleeve I noticed on the first wear that the stitching at the bottom of the sleeve had a slight defect and this caused the stitching to not be closed properly. Of course because of this the stitching frayed, which I understand that sometimes there are defects in the manufacturing process.My negative review however is for the companies customer service. I was sent multiple emails after my purchase stating - "If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, please reply to this email so that we may address your concerns BEFORE you leave a product review. We are committed to your total satisfaction and helping you is our number one priority. Thank you very much for your time!" - to which I did reply stating my problem and asking if there was anything that could be done with my purchase. I got no response for a week so I sent another email and 2 weeks later have still yet to get a response. I understand running a business is a lot of work, but you shouldn't state that helping me is your number one priority when it clearly isn't. The product itself seems to be good quality and I like the band that holds the sleeve in place, but after the second time wearing this thing it continues to fray and I'm sure by the 3rd time it will not have any elasticity at the bottom.
