I love that this calcium is whole foods and has magnesium for absorbtion! Because it's magnesium and calcium in one pill, it's a great prental supplement to take with all the other pills a pregnant woman has to take! 🤪

Nobody makes supplements like Garden of Life, in my humble opinion. I have Leaky Gut Syndrome and it is very difficult for my body to absorb the vitamins and minerals I take. I've had excellent luck with Garden of Life supplements. If I don't absorb my vitamin B, the corners of my mouth crack and bleed. Garden of Life's B supplement worked for me when others failed. And now I am putting my trust into this calcium. All Garden of Life supplements go the extra mile: For instance, their vitamins also contain some antioxidants, digestive enzymes, and probiotics... because they are so good for your overall health! So this calcium also contains vitamins K and D, which are necessary for the absorption of calcium. There is also some Riboflavin (Vitamin B2), Vitamin B6, Folate, Vitamin B12, Magnesium (which works hand in hand with calcium), Zinc, Copper, Manganese, Boron, Betiane, and Calcified Red Algae. The calcium is from Algae - which is a fantastic source of calcium that is easily absorbed by the human body. Everything that is in this supplement is there to help you body get the optimum calcium absorption - and that is a very good thing. I have osteoporosis and cannot take prescription medications to correct it. Therefore, I take the best calcium I can find - and this is it! So why only four stars? It costs A LOT of money! I cannot afford to take this as much as I would like. Yes, it is the best. But bottom line, I cannot afford to take this on a regular basis - as I should be taking it.

I do feel better comfortably in my body

With most supplements, one tablet a day (or 2) is the norm, so I reasonably assumed the same here. Surprise: the dose is a whopping six tablets per day! That means one bottle lasts merely 20 days. Yes, I should have read the label closely, but still—at nearly $24 a bottle, that's $1.20/day for calcium with added minerials and vitamins. Way too expensive for what it is. At that price, I won’t buy again. I'll use another brand.

Garden of Life is exceptional quality. I began taking Garden of Life vitamins about three months ago, after doing a whole lot of research on all of many different brands of vitamins there are, after I found out that heart health and issues, and other women's health issues are attributed to bone health...or the decline of, especially in the spine. I have since noticed a marked difference in certain issues that I was having. Particularly since vitamins aren't regulated by the FDA, or by any other watch agency, it gives me peace of mind knowing that they not only have a line of USDA Grade products, by which there are very high and strict standards of US government, like this one is, but they are of such high reputation and quality that I trust their entire line of products. Moreover, because they are made in the USA, I have so much confidence in them that Garden of Life is the only brand of vitamins that I'll use/take. Most highly recommend! I will be ordering these every month.
