Great light with few drawbacks
This is a great light that has a good punch. Nice and bright, it is also comes with everything you will need. Super versatile, you can pick any color, and use the app… pretty cool! The few things that I didn’t like: - the controller has a fan, and it is surprisingly noisy. I have many aputure lights, and I never had a problem with the fans. Sure you could use the extension and put the controller farther away for interviews, but I shoot documentaries, with intimate interviews, and some times in small rooms… to have to worry about sound takes away from how practical this light is supposed to be. - I wished the power cord could détache from the mat, for easier storage May not be perfect in my situation, but many will be very happy with this light. A very useful tool! Shoutout to the seller “Happy Star Us” for great prices and communication!

The packaging and box smells like smoke from a fire. The light works straight out of the package but the smell is alarming.

Improved design
The new bar frame that holds the light mat in place is now far superior to the previous design. The frame is sturdy and there is no need to worry anymore about the light falling or slipping off the frame. Definitely a great buy!

Muy buena luz, bastante versátil y la uso mucho tanto para mi luz de relleno o como luz de acentos. En ocasiones por las prisas hasta la he usado como luz principal para cosas sencillas. Muy fácil de transportar y no quita mucho espacio: ideal para ponerla en lugares donde no puedes meter un difusor muy grande pero necesitas meter una fuente de luz compacta.
