Booms Fishing T01 Coiled Lanyards for Fishing Rods and Fly Fishing Nets

Use it in my kayak and even when I’m out on the pier I connect all my tools so I don’t misplace them at the wrong time

I used this to replace the cheesy plastic lanyard that came with my metal-detecting pin pointer. I added a ball-bearing snap swivel to eliminate twists and it works perfectly! I’ll never break it and I won’t lose my pin pointer again.

Pricier than most but when it’s attached to A rod and reel that’s more than 20 times the cost of the lanyard is worth it,made of very good material and the strap hold the rod well if it saves the pole once it’s worth it

Works as intended. Split ring on one end is kind of a pain to use.

I like this landyard to tie the window cleaning tools, squeegee handles and mope T handles

You can use thes for anything you want to keep close. I am using one as an emergency breakaway bake pin on the vehicle I tow behind my RV

I don't recommend this for saltwater activities. Salt build up is a major concern. If you intend to use them in saltwater, apply WD40 on the clasps before using the lanyard on the ocean. Once salt build up occurs, which starts on the first trip on the ocean, the clasps will lock up. I rinse my gear very well after each use, but water does not seem to get the salt off these. As a pseudo-remedy, I placed the clasps in hot water and it took enough of the salt off to continue using them; the clasps still did not move freely with some of the salt removed. Construction of the product seems adequate, but stick to fresh water with these.

We use it for my 4 year old when we’re ice fishing. No poles down the hole! It clips right to him.
