Very soothing
A touch of this above my eyebrows helps my clear my sinus headache. Heard it helps ease migranes as well.

Long time usage of this oil,
I have been using this oil for many years. I use it mainly externally by rubbing it where it hurts. For headaches - on the temples. For arthritis pain -where it hurts. Yes the smell it strong eucalyptus, but that is good for the sinuses. Abtei products is a well known brand and has been around for many years
