"There is a difference"

I have used outre velvet for 3 years and the quality has not been matched for me with any other brand, I could not find the curl that I usually order, so I decided to try the rose by outre. I have had it in for about 2 weeksand it has started to tangle underneath near the neck. It does not hold a curl too well either. But it is soft . I will leave it in and work with it, because I did buy it but when it's time I will return to my outre velvet. Conclusion , there is a difference between outre velvet and outre "rose" by velvet.
