This tool is the best cable cutter I have ever used. It cuts a clean line and does not fray the wire. We use it in art classes when we are installing wire on the back of the canvases to hang student paintings for exhibition. Well worth the cost.

Good inexpensive cutters for wire rope. I haven’t had occasion to try to cut anything over 1/8”, but it worked well on what I did cut.

Drive a teuck otr and a lot of places put stainless wire cables on as security locks. Cutting them with wire cutters is next to impossible. Bolt cutters don't work as well. These cutter go through the stainless cable like a hot knife on butter. What took several minutes trying to cut is now done with one hand in a second.

I removed 180 linear feet of galvanized wire dog encing with from split rails and posts with this. Still sharp. Handle could be larger maybe.

I needed a cutter to cut Christmas garland wire. It was a really thick stiff wire. I had purchased another wire cutter that would not even make a dent. I was reluctant to spend more money on another tool, not knowing if the results would be the same. And I was concerned that even if it would cut that it would require strength to cut it all the way through. This cutter cut it completely and easily. I'm in my 60's and don't have as much strength in my wrists and hands as I use to. So glad I found this--and at a decent price. I am sure I will find many other uses for it as well.
