I've been taking this on and off for over a month. The capsules are standard sized, very easy to swallow with a bit of water. There are no bad odours or tastes on the capsules, they are high quality, with clean ingredients and I haven't experienced any negative side effects. After a week of use I started noticing better energy levels in the morning and a better mood as a result. The effects are subtle however, and you may want to consider if its worth the cost. The ingredients are all natural. It's not a miracle but it can provide a slight improvement if you work on other areas at the same time.
