I just started using product for first day and already fell in love with material and how the sauna effect takes action very well. When I removed the product I was literally dripping in sweat just as I wanted to and just as it was advertised. I can not wait to continue to use the product to see what results I come with I will be keeping track daily to show the results. It is a little lose up top for the bigger sizes so I would suggest try a size smaller than what you normally would get due to the material. It does snug onto your body though as you sweat so that is a GREAT THING! So you can work around it. But overall the product is AWESOME and definitely RECOMMEND! I purchased the GAODI Women Waist Trainer to try out during the COVID-19 pandemic. I’ve never used a waist trainer before and since I’m currently working from home due to a stay at home order, I thought I could give this waist trainer a trial run. I was so happy to get the package within a couple of days of placing the order. The packaging was neat and included a thank you note. I’ve been wearing the trainer daily and have been extremely pleased with the fit and feel of it. The waist trainer fits snug and is true to size . It does not roll and is not bulky. I have been able exercise with it on without any discomfort. I’ve also been able to wear the trainer all day without issue. I love that it is not irritating to my skin. Customers should be cautioned that the straps and upper parts of the garment may be visible with some clothing. Nevertheless, I would recommend this waist trainer for the fit, feel, and hold support it provides. I’m a satisfied customer.

I am 5’5 and I weigh in at 264 I’ve had two kids and now it’s time to get rid of this stressed mom bod. I received my package in a decent amount of time from the day I ordered it so that’s a plus. I was so excited to receive my vest for my weight loss journey. I’ve been wearing it every day since I received it. I love the fit, I am normally a 2XL but I got a XL so it would fit tight but not too tight and it’s great. I was concerned it wouldn’t cover as far down my torso as I need it too. When I tried it on and it covered my entire stomach it was a big relief. Only downside is the straps aren’t tight enough they tend to fall down my shoulders, but it’s nothing to pull them up. It’s comfortable easy to workout in also makes the girls look great.

I ordered the GAODI Women Waist Trainer Vest Slim Corset Neoprene Sauna Tank Top Ziipper Weight Loss Body Shaper Shirt on June 16, 2018. I received the product very promptly on June 18th, 2018. I was very pleased with the quick shipping and the product. It was nicely package in a plastic zip sealed bag within the mailer envelope. It smelled slightly plastic, but quickly went away once out of the package for a few minutes. I have a 38 inch waist and decided to get the xl because I wanted it snug. It was perfectly snug but not extremely tight. In my option it fit exactly like I expected from the measurements on the site. I looked slim and was still cinched in nicely. It gave me an awesome posture which will be helpful throughout the day. I wore the item for about one hours when I first received it and took off to see how much I swear underneath. It was not a great deal of sweat, but it was a lot for me only wearing it for an hour and not being active. Also, keep in mind that I did not experience any additional sweating on my body. I only had sweat under the vest, which was awesome. In my opinion this is a great product and a great experience with the seller. I look forward to wearing to work and during excercising. I’ll update more after some more time.

I have bought and returned what feels like 100 of these things. This is the first one that has actually worked. I wore it today for running around and you are able to tell it causes you to sweat. It ran true to size for me but I could have possibly sized down. Overall, it’s pretty comfortable. My only complaint is the straps. They are super loose and noticeable to me. I wish there was a way to tighten them. Because of how many of these I have tried, I’m leaning towards keeping this one but for other buyers beware of this. I will never be able to wear any sleeveless shirts with this as how the straps don’t lay flat and are awkward.

It's comfortable to wear and I do feel like it's helped me keep my back straight a little more while running. It does help me sweat, not as much as my previous band I used, but it's been less humid since wearing the waist trainer body shaper so that could be a reason behind it. I feel it is comfortable to wear, if it was tighter in my upper back and shoulder area I believe it would be even more comfortable, and could help me sweat more all over. I like the design of the item, in which it covers the whole upper body instead of just the waist. Having a zipper is, in my opinion, better than velcro. My previous sweatband uses velcro, and it has started to not stick to itself. It's become more of a hassle to try to get that one to stay closed. But with this waist trainer body shaper the zipper makes it less frustrating in trying to keep it on and keep it closed, especially when you are working out. Overall I would say your product is a very good one and I plan on continuing to use it.

After much deliberation I decided to order a size XL based on the reviews. I'm 5'2" 243lbs with lots of midsection body fat as you can see from the photos. I've brought several waist trainers &/or sauna vests over the past 5 months & hadn't quite found that one that served most of what I was looking for until now. I'm glad that I decided on a XL even though it was a battle trying to get it on the 1st time. Even though I struggled to zip it it felt very comfortable once zipped. I didn't feel uncomfortable at all. Also, the second time that I wore it it was much easier to zip up. What worked for me was pulling it above my navel to start zipping it then, pulling it down once zipped. The second time around I was able to zip it regularly. Pros: -Wide shoulder straps (makes for less shoulder tension) -Long enough to cover my fupa (YAY) -COMFORTABLE -Durable (well made!) -Affordable Con: -Non Adjustable Shoulder Straps Although I love love love the width of the shoulder straps they're too long for me. My torso is on the short side so, I have to adjust the straps often. I hope my review was able to help with your decision. I do most of my shopping online and reviews help me out alot.

I received this in the mail yesterday and worked out with it. It’s a little hard to zip up just because my stomach kinda gets in the way but once zipped it is not uncomfortable. Fits snug and only moved slightly up during the workout but nothing I had to stop for and pull down. It sucks me in and keeps me stable during the workout. Did not feel wet on the outside but once I took off the inside was soaked. So yay just what I wanted. Perfect to add to my workouts. Also made me more stable and gave me back support which I was not expecting. I am 5’ 4” and 188lbs and bought the XL. I would recommend and the price is great!
