Alright- I don’t know what witch craft is in this but I have been drinking this or rotating it with the Recess magnesium drinks for the last couple of weeks. I am on cloud freaking 9. I bought this to help me sleep through the night- I had no idea it would change my perspective on life. Now that it’s built up in my system, I am so relaxed all the time. My mind is quieter, my sleep is deeper without that groggy hangover feeling. Everything seems easier- my anxiety is gone- I’m laughing more, I’m less stressed feeling- I’ve turned into a magnesium fairy- telling everyone to calm down and drink their magnesium- I have prescribed everyone around me magnesium mocktails- I haven’t touched a glass of alcohol in weeks to help unwind- I have no desire for it. I’m more thoughtful with my words- I care less about the mail- I’m just enjoying life and good sleep and this feeling of calm in my brain- get it. Buy this. The taste is good- but don’t focus on the details so much- just drink it- an hour before bed every night- toss a lemon wedge and some ice in if you want to be fancy- pick a pretty cup. This feels like I took an edible without the “other” effects. I’m just relaxed. I’m not grinding my teeth, or clenching my jaw or waking up because I can’t turn my thoughts off in the middle of the night. I’m more paced, more intentional- if you think you’re feeling crazy, take this! I have untreated adult ADHD and I feel amazing- my thoughts are more clear, my body less tense. Just do it.

I have tried many different brands and this is the only one I trust. I love this product and I see me being a lifelong purchaser of this. Price wise, when you add up the servings, it is still more affordable than others in the market and the powder has a nice, pleasant taste. I mix a tsp into filtered water before bed and within 30 minutes, it has already begun working its magic. The powder blends seamlessly, there is zero chalkiness, and I love how it promotes an overall relaxing feeling with the L-Theanine. Get this, you will not be disappointed!

I have tried many magnesium powder drinks and this is the one I keep on going back to! The taste is light, smooth and easy to get down. It makes you feel very calm and relaxed a perfect amount to fall asleep easily at the end of the day.

Great quality product, it helps you sleep without making you feel groggy like a melatonin would. Gave 4 stars because the flavor is not as desirable as the others, but still a great product with clean ingredients

I have bad anxiety at night. I have noticed an improvement since I started taking this product in addition to implementing some other things. Will be ordering again!

I love this product. Helps me calm my mind at night and I wake feel rested and relaxed without being fatigued. Great alternative to melatonin

I just received this; and, I’m not impressed by the taste. It is not bad or nasty; but, it isn’t something I can see myself drinking every night. I’m still working on forcing down my first glass. I’m hopeful that the relaxation benefits kick in quickly once I finish drinking it. Perhaps then, my opinion might improve. One of the major disappointments “off the bat” is that it does not come with a servings sized scoop. Sure, I have my own teaspoon at home; however, what if I wanted to take the product while traveling? Given the high price, the fact that a serving scoop was not included is a real faux pas and automatically gives the brand a bad look. 9/14/2023 Update: I’m still unimpressed by the effectiveness. The “Calm” brand is a more economical alternative. One advantage this product has over Calm is that it tastes healthier. I suspect Calm has more chemicals; and, this product seems to limit synthetic additives. I don’t know if I will buy it again but am getting used to the relaxing ritual of sipping a glass of it before falling asleep. I have always fallen asleep quickly. I just wake up frequently during the night. Taking this product has had no impact on that. It does reduce my stress level before dozing off to sleep but other magnesium powders do too. Overall, I maintain my 3-star rating of the product. It will just boil down to individual preference; so, if curious, I do recommend that you try it & make your own judgement.

I’m a tired mom of 2 toddler boys. I feel like I’m constantly on deaths door. This has been LIFEEEEE CHANGING. I wake up how people in coffee commercials wake up. RESTED. My restless leg is minimal. And I feel great throughout the day that I actually started running. Like for health. Who am I. I’m not saying that this completely changed my life and I owe my sanity to them, butttttt I’m also not saying it didn’t. I’m a big lemon person and this has a nice flavor. It could be a little more lemony for me but again, lemon is my fav flavor so I’m being a brat. It was a little hard getting in the routine of drinking a beverage at night but it works so well and I noticed such positive changes almost instantly that it made it easy to not forget. I’ve bought a bunch of these and will keep buying them. My bestie also has the berry flavor and she loves it too. 10/10. Worth the money
