Not what I was really expecting... The material is what they would use on a cheap backpack, so I don't see it lasting for a super long time. Hardly any pockets for storage, a total of 3 pockets not including a drink holder. There is a THIN padding/inside pocket for a laptop or tablet. I wouldn't trust the padding to keep it protected though, but the bag is big enough to put a small laptop case inside. The outside looks just like the picture, with the pink CNA logo. Im bummed I paid $35 for a bag that's honestly probably just a $10 value. I am still planning on using it for work, but only because I'm in need of a work bag badly. Otherwise I'd return it and get something completely different.

I am very disappointed!! It does not look as pictured. It is very small and does not have the sparkle look to it. I immediately returned it via Kohl’s. DO NOT waste your money!
