Does what it supposed to do
I’m on city water and they treat it with chlorine can’t even taste the chlorine this filter is the best filter I have used in my whole house filter system . When I change the filter I had it out front by my garbage can to throw it out and my neighbor saw it and she said what is that and I said that’s what comes from my water If I didn’t have this whole house fillter. it takes the chlorine out And filters your water so your water taste good she just couldn’t believe it

An exact replacement
Perfect replacement for our water filter. We do not filter the whole house, as the builder has the same pipes that supply cold into the house also go to the sprinkler system and hoses, so the filter only does the input to the water heater. But notice a huge difference in even that as far as reducing chlorine smell. Great!

Waste of time and money
Installed and a piece broke off obstructing our entire water flow. Had to call for service which was expensive.
