Great and inexpensive replacement LCD
My kids have Chromebooks from school, and despite having them for over a year now, with school starting next week of course one got broken. The school will repair/replace the device, but it costs about double what this replacement screen cost, so I just fixed it myself and sent her on her way. It was easy to install, and while it's slightly brighter than the screen that came in it, it's still not terribly bright. I believe that's more of a function of the fact that these are very low end and cheap devices, not so much any indication of quality of this particular screen. Anyway, it's easy, quick and inexpensive to get your device working properly again. Would absolutely recommend to anyone in the same situation.

Great screen and easy install
Super easy install to my sons chrome book after he smashed his in a bout of home schooling frustration. Screen looks good or better than the original one. 4 Phillips screws and one ribbon cable hold it in. Careful not to break the thin bezel tabs or press too hard going back in.

Arrived in a padded envelope in a bigger box. Nice screen. Be careful with the bezel when taking your chromebook apart. Delicate clips. And needed to go back together. Would buy from again.

Works on Acer Spin 1!
Worked perfectly to replace a broken Acer Spin 1 screen. Touch screen is even working perfectly! We tried to have it fixed at several major stores locally and all told us it wasn’t worth it or couldn’t get the part. So glad I opted to DIY this one!

NOT directly compatible with NT116WHM-N21 for Samsung
The flange around this screen is just a couple of millimeters larger than the original. This caused the plastic bezel to NOT fit correctly. I had to trim off some of the plastic retention nubs to get it to fit. If making this kind of an adjustment does not settle well with you, keep looking for a more compatible part.
