Quality of fabric and if the item runs small.

The plus size is not A GOOD QUALITY plus size and most liquid wet fabric is a two way stretch I am so upset I bought it for a special engagement for this weekend coming up and will not be able to use the merchandise AT ALL. WHEN THERE WERE KNOW CUSTOMER REVIEWS FOR THIS PLUS SIZE ITEM I SHOULD HAVE NOT ORDER. AND IT SMELLED LIKE FISH WHEN I TOOK IT OUT OF IT’S PACKAGING. AND BOUGHT TWO NOT ONE😡😡😡😡.
