Although I have reached my goal weight loss I’m continuing to get the HMR entrees, oatmeal and bars that I really like. They are helping me to maintain control over my calorie intake and I really like the taste of the foods, the convenience of cooking and the flexibility of supplementing with fresh fruits and vegetables.

I have been eating these meals for a while. They are pre portioned sizes, don’t need to be cold, they just sit on the shelf, and they are ready in 1 minute! They are satisfying and you can add more vegetables if you want. The value is acceptable and they are perfect for my busy life-style.

They are expensive as daily entrees,so a word of advice.It helped me to look at these temporary 'every day entrees' strictly as a tool for my personal renovation.Quality wise they are very good,very filling and balanced.As I understand it they have additional necessary vitamins as well as their obvious nutrients,especially when adding your own extra vegetables to them.

I enjoy these kits for my weight loss journey but twice now I've been sent 48 HMR fudge bars instead of the actual HMR Parmesan meal. The first time, I ordered the 12 piece HMR deal with 6 Parmesan pastas and 6 turkey chilis. I got the 6 turkey chili meals but got fudge bars instead of the other 6 Parmesan pastas- though they were labeled as the pasta- I thought actually going to the entree listing would bypass that mistake happening again (even though it cost more money this way..) but no, I got fudge bars again. There's a labeling issue/ error going on with this particular dish currently (October 2025) The food's great and wayyyy cheaper than any other pre-prepared meal kit delivery service so I hope this issue is fixed soon!

This has happened to me way too many times now. I have been ordering the 6 pre-packaged Chicken Pasta Parmesan Entrees for quite some time. In the past 8 months, I have received these 6 items where 1 to 3 of them are dried out completely, the sauce, pasta and chicken, and are inedible. They have wound up in my handyman's compost pile. HMR needs to have a chat with the manager of their Quality Control Department. All of the HMR entrees are small in quantity but not in price. I would at least like to get an edible entree considering the small size and the not so small price I have paid for them.

I would buy this item again. Nice flavor. Easy heating. Great shelf life.

Lives on shelf-no refrigeration needed. Needs to be added with vegetables for complete meal. Packed with protein and low calorie meal. If you want lose weight need to investigate the program @ hmrprogram.com. Quick and easy! They have a large variety of entrees and shakes. Shakes are the best I've ever drank! Costly but worth the money in comparison to other protein shakes. Just my opinion!
