More than expected.
I almost did not buy because of some of the reviews. Too sweet, not enough flavor, etc. I bought it anyway and I think it is perfect. Great flavor, wonderful color, actually a cool bottle you can display (big, heavy glass). I would give this a two thumbs up

Sweeeet
The flavor is good, but a little overly sweet for my palate. Over it’s a good syrup for mixing drinks, making sodas, and possibly desserts. Good value for the amount you get.

This liquor makes the best water lily cocktails. Sweet and smooth. Not to mention the lovely purple color.

Syrup contains Red 40 and brilliant blue
This looks like a beautiful product and it arrived safely and quickly. I’m giving a 1 star review because I want people to know the full ingredient list includes allura red EC (Red 40) and E133 (brilliant blue) that the product description highlights so many of the “all natural” aspects of the product that this came as a surprise to me. Despite not being able to find a full ingredient list, I took a chance on the product and now feel burned as I’m out $20 and cannot return. If I missed an obvious, complete ingredient list then the fault is mine, but the advertising here feels deceptive. THAT is what the review is for- not the taste or function of the syrup, which I would have loved to try.
