Can someone tell me the directions for this product? Thanks!

I have fine hair. This is my holy grail of conditioners.I use it with every shower - shampoo, apply a flat tblsp to your hair ( my hair is mid back), comb through, put it up w a clip, allow to absorb for about 5-10 min.Deep condition: apply to moist hair, comb through, put shower cap on, let it sit for 30min, rinse.Your hair will thank you!

Can I leave this in overnight?

Can it be used on dry hair? Then shampoo it off?

You can use it before shampooing, but your hair has to be saturated
