Good and good for you!
I did not know what to expect when I ordered this pasta. I didn't even know it was possible to make pasta out of chickpeas and lentils! Boy, did I learn. Anyway, the flavor is a bit more pronounced than plain pasta. This is a good thing, I think. The texture is a bit more coarse than regular pasta. It's not the kind that you can just "slurp" down. You have to chew it. In a way, this makes it more satisfying since you actually chewed. You also don't need to eat as much since the coarseness seems to make it more filling. But the best part is that it is good for you - high in protein and other goodies. I like it and have used it already several times. The other day I tried to use up a box of angel hair pasta I had. It felt like "sissy" pasta next to this product. Know what I mean? Try it. You'll like it!

Good gluten free pasta
This gluten free pasta has good flavor, although others like Schaaf’s is better. The texture is good - as with all GF pasta it is very important to not over cook it. Even 30 seconds makes a big difference.

A healthy alternative to traditional pasta!
We bought this product as a healthy alternative to traditional pasta. It has surpassed our expectations taste wise and we've had some wonderful outcomes that I am not allowed to share due to Amazon's review policy. I will continue to buy legume based pasta in the future for my child who is sensitive to other pastas.

Good food but...
I'm expert at cooking pasta after 60 years doing so and this product cooks globby no matter what I do.

A good product but not at current inflated prices
We like the flavor and consistency of the lasagna. We purchased a 6 pack in October at $27.00. It is now February and the same vendor has increased the price by $7 to $34.00. I know we have inflation but not at the 20% plus this vendor is charging. This issue seems to be more common with 3rd party sellers at Amazon.

Horrible texture and taste. Avoid at all costs.

Breaks easily
This pasta breaks very easily. You end up with tiny noodles. I wonder if the manufacturer should just make small shapes. They taste great, though.
