Look really cool in our kitchen. The cords have some slight waves in them, even after a couple months, hopefully over time the will straighten out.

I got this to replace an outdated fixture, but needed something to accent my more decorative dining room chandelier, but in a subtle way. This looked the part, and after getting it in my hands and installing it, I'm very happy with the purchase. It came with plenty of wire, which I had to actually trim because there was too much excess for my use. It was easy to trim and strip the wire, nut them to the existing wires in the junction box, then attach the ceiling mount to the box. At the bottom, the fixture simply slides on between two threaded pieces. Install the bulb, and viola!The copper/brass color is more of an eggshell finish than a glossy or shiny one, it doesn't look metallic at all, but I don't mind that. It does complement our black/brass metallic fixtures nicely. I love the holes in the top part of the shade, they allow just enough light through to draw attention, but not enough to blind you. I was worried this fixture would be too small compared to the 16-inch fixture it was replacing, but it looks great.

Love the lights, however, with mounting hardware level in mounting hole, the screws were way too short. Luckily Ace Hardware was able to help us out with longer ones.
