10" Frying Pan Lid in Tempered Glass, by Ozeri

The lid fits perfectly on my pans and the size was exactly as described. I was happy to see that the measurements were accurate because it matched my cookware without any issues. The material feels strong and durable, not flimsy at all. The glass is clear, sturdy, and well attached to the frame. The handle is comfortable to use and the overall quality feels much better than I expected. I’ve already used it multiple times and it works great for everyday cooking. Very satisfied with this purchase.

Fantastic little lid. I will gladly order the other sizes in the future. The ergonomic handle on top is very comfortable to hold and the little steam vent is brilliant. Having used this now I can't imagine lids without the vent. It is just what is needed to keep foods juicy without letting too much water drip inside a fry pan. I am using this with the Cuisinart 722-20 Chef's Classic Stainless 8-Inch Open Skillet and the fit is perfect. I read some reviews that it doesn't fit all pans which I could see as there would be no way for 1 cover to fit everything universally as even a small difference in design from manufacturer to manufacturer can result in the lip being different on different pans. I was ok with that as long as it mostly covered since I didn't have an 8 inch lid. As it turned out the fit is so perfect it almost feels custom made. I am super happy to recommend this product. edit 8/7/2014: I may have spoken too soon about the almost custom fit of the lid. Just noticed that it does leave a little gap. It looked snug on the front (side near me) but doesn't fit quite as tight all around. However, the gap is a very narrow one and the fit is still more than sufficient for an 8 inch skillet and whatever you can think to make in it so it is still a 5 star item for me.

Nice lid but seems a bit larger than 10”. Doesn’t seal on either of my 10” skillets. However I will continue to use it

I ordered this 12 inch lid to go on an old skillet that my sister-in-law had given me. That skeet is so old and beat up, but I just love the heck out of it and I need a lid to start cooking my frozen chicken breast extremely low and slow and they come out so juicy.

Fits our 12" Ozeri pan perfectly. The glass seems plenty thick, it has held up well over countless dozens of uses in the past year with no clouding or scratching on the glass and no damage to the metal ring around the outside. The only reason I deduct a star for this product is related to the handle. I find that the shape of the handle is odd; it's large and bulky, but still not very easy to grab compared to the lids on any other pan I own. The shape is a little off, and if your hand isn't oriented in the exact right position, it's not very form fitting to pick it. That is a very minor concern; what is slightly more concerning is that they need to use some kind of thread-loc or something similar on the screw, because the handle becomes loose almost every other time we pick it up. Not to the point where I am ever worried that it might completely break free from the lid, but slightly loose to the point where you can feel the handle rotate slightly side to side (and no matter how tight you tighten it again, it'll loosen itself back up in no time). It's not a huge deal, we still love using the Ozeri lid and pan, but it does require us to give it a conscious spin back in the right direction to ensure the screw is fully tightened every other use or so. Still a big fan of the Ozeri products we have tried, especially their frying pans.

I like to cook Pork Chops, stir fry, Chicken and things that normally splatter all over the top of the stove. I've been looking everywhere for a nice glass top with a steam hole and until I ran into these, I have had to settle for ones without holes. I even tried modifying one without a hole by using a diamond tip drill bit ... but the glass shattered #$!!@# ... OH WELL! Guess that experiment didn't work! Cooking Port Chops with a solid top results in a steamed chops...LOL ... because it usually winds up boiling the Pork Chops from condensation since there is no where for the liquid to escape. ...and when you take the lid off, all that liquid that had collected under the cover winds up on top of the stove ... aaaargh! Then you still have to finish pan frying the chops to make it look and taste right. The worst part is having to clean my NEW EXPENSIVE glass top stove and the final straw is a stain that I haven't been able to remove. I've even tried scraping it off with a razor blade but it's still there ... MAJOR BUMMER! Just got this top a week ago and MAN what a difference! No more steaming the chops first, then frying them and best of all ... the top of the stove remains clean. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You, Ozeri Fry Pan Lid. Will be ordering a couple more in the next two weeks ... Next up Stir fry Tri Tip with mushrooms and veggies ... Yummy! OH ... and this thing is well made, heavy duty ... should last a very long time!

I had this lid for a 7 years. Yesterday I placed it on a front burner thinking I had turned on the back burner for boiling water but turned on the FRONT burner instead. After a few minutes I noticed the water wasn't boiling and realized my mistake! I picked it up by the handle, which was actually cool to put it in the sink. As the hot metal rim touched the edge of the cold metal sink it exploded causing glass to fly everywhere including all over me. Not a single cut! The glass was easily swept up and safely removed from the stove and counters by my husband (I'm on a blood thinner). The broken pieces were rounded, not sharp. There were even a few pieces in my slipper that felt like tiny pebbles, but no cut. He was amazed that the incident wasn't followed by an ER visit. Tempered glass DOES make a difference! I've just ordered a replacement.

Je m'en sert pour cuisiner tout un tas de préparations culinaires, dont les confitures bien sûr. Le matériau est bien en acier inoxydable 18/10, donc de la série 300; pour vérifier, j'ai placé un petit aimant sur l'inox. J'ai apprécié les graduations à l'intérieur qui donne le niveau en litre du liquide qu'on y met. J'ai acheté avec un couvercle en verre Ozeri de 30 cm qui s'adapte parfaitement. Je suis très satisfait de mon achat

Ein schickes Teil, passend für die Ozeri Wokpfanne. Ich habe beides zusammen gekauft und mich gefragt ob ich nicht ein statt des Ozeri Deckels ein Billigteil bestellen soll, war dann aber von der guten Qualität und dem schicken Design überrascht. Auch wenn nun einige wieder herummäkeln werden, warum die recht teure Premium-Wokpfanne nich gleich mit dem schicken Deckel geliefert wird, finde ich dass sich die Investition lohnt. Der Deckel hat ein großes Entlüftungsloch, einen soliden Edelstahlrand und einen sehr modernen schicken Kunststoffgriff und passt eben auch genau auf die Pfanne. Teuer aber perfekt.
