This play pizza set is beautiful and very well made. The pieces and tray are solid wood, the details are vivid, the Velcro is strong, and the finishes are excellent. It comes with a generous number of topping pieces. The tray is so well made it could actually be used in the kitchen, not just as a toy. I always look at Melissa & Doug products before buying, their quality is consistently excellent, their prices are generally fair, and their toys last a very long time.

I am obsessed with how perfect and cute this is!!! I teach special education preschool teacher and I purchased this for my baking unit. I love how functional and cute the set is. The Velcro has the perfect amount of resistance for fine motor skills. I love that it comes with utensils and the wooden box. I also love the variety of toppings it includes. It will provide my kids with language, motor, and dramatic play opportunities.

I purchased this for my grandson, it is great quality, easy to use, the size is perfect, he is almost 3 and plays with it a lot! It’s cute and durable.

A few years ago, I purchased the one-tier birthday cake which is very similar to the pizza. Of course, the Melissa and Doug products have very high ratings, and you can understand why once you see some of the toys. This pizza was requested by a two-year-old. Even though the toddlers play pretend eating, the toys often go in the mouth. I've had not trouble lightly washing them when sterilizing was a necessity. I've also cleaned them with vinegar/water mix. Air dry thoroughly and they are good to go. Adorable set with well designed details. The pizza is a hit! Love the wooden storage case too!

Very good quality. Kids love to play with it. Lots of small pieces to play with. I wish there was a lid to it but would definitely recommend.
