I don't have a digital scale or anything so I can't check the weight but these look real and they feel like 1lb. It's a good amount and I'm glad I took the chance on this listing which had no reviews to help me make a judgement on it. The stones look like a greenish pale yellow (like white wine) like real citrine is supposed to look. They don't look like baked Amethyst to me which is what I was trying to avoid buying for the base of my citrine wire tree I am making. Also, in one of the photos I took, I can see a little bit of a rainbow sheen impurity which I don't think you would see if it was baked Amethyst. These really seem like they're straight from the ground. I don't think the chips I bought from another listing on Amazon were genuine citrine. They seem like baked amethyst that was put in the sun to get a little dull color. I'm not an expert but I did a little bit of googling about fakes before I bought this one.

I’ve ordered many types of crystals from Amazon and they’re mainly authentic and after past experience i came across these and they’re mainly truly are the most affordable and quality crystals I’ve found amongst some of the plastic ones I’ve encountered 😜
