I had no choice but to treat myself for GI effects of Lyme's Disease. After researching the internet, I found that an oregano supplement supposedly works on SIBO. I had little to lose so I bought it. I started feeling better within 24 hours. After about 3 days my breath, burps, and urine began to smell like oregano, and since I was feeling almost normal, I stopped the supplement. I don't know if it has cured my problem, but I can say that I am in a much better state of GI health following a few days of oregano. I encourage taking the supplement with food - without food I became mildly nauseous.

Siempre confío en la marca solaray , buen producto aunque no puedo evaluar sus efectos por el momento Edito : siento que al tomarlas me descomponen el estómago supongo que será algún efecto purgante pero no estoy segura . eso hace que no las tome diariamente y quizá solo en momentos puntuales que necesite detox .
