We love having these books together in one (sturdier) cover! Our kids grew up on these books, and yes, I can recite them verbatim! It is so good to have these to introduce a new generation to our book friends. They see where some of our favorite phrases have come from and are challenged to practice their emerging reading skills with these cute and easy readers. The art work is not too busy, but has a generous amount of background to build interest. The story content is so rich for such early readers.

Love all of these stories by great authors!

Many of the Doctor Seuss books were a huge hit with my children, and I recently purchased this Big Blue Book of Beginner Books for my grandson. He loved it so much that it became his favorite book and he would carry it with him whenever he traveled, so that he had access to multiple books in one big book. Some of his favorite stories are included in this collection. This Big Book of Beginner Books has become one of my favorite gift ideas for new parents and Toddlers. I highly recommend it and think it would be a good gift idea for teachers, grandparents, and childcare centers.

I love this book. My favorite book/stories to read to my kids and nieces. Whenever people are collecting books for baby showers I always get them this.

Great grandsons enjoyed the books.

I just received this book I ordered for my kindergartner grandson. I have read through it and cannot WAIT to show it to him because I know he will be thrilled and will be able to read this. Although I am no authority on books I am a pretty good authority on grandchildren and this book looks fantastic to me. The graphics are wonderful, the words are simple and reused in a pattern which includes rhyming with other words that a child would figure out not only by sight of words, but by the sight of the graphics. The rhyming mechanism used is also very excitingly done for a child who I know will positively love this. One of the best things I have seen in a very long time. It is SENSIBLE in its creation!

I bought this book for my daughter at a phenomenal price, and she loves it. Don't hesitate to buy it for the little readers in your life!!!
