I bought this Veepeak OBDCheck BLE mainly for my BMW 2 Series, and it’s been a great experience so far. The setup was quick and hassle-free, it connected instantly via Bluetooth, and I was able to code and check diagnostics smoothly using the Bimmer app. The connection stays stable, which is crucial when working with car electronics.The build quality feels solid, and I appreciate that it comes in a sturdy plastic box, which keeps it safe when not in use. The device itself is small, lightweight, and easy to carry around, so it’s perfect to keep in the glove box. Speed is fine it takes 2-3 minutes to code when plugged and read the data efficiently. It is compatible with my BMW 2 Series Active Tourer.The only downside for me is the price, it feels a bit on the expensive side for such a compact tool. But considering how well it works and how reliable the connection has been, I think it’s worth it if you want peace of mind when diagnosing or coding your BMW.Would I recommend it? Yes, especially if you want a reliable OBD scanner that just works without fuss.

Sons trade is car mechanic but employed as an hgv driver. Omg has this come in handy with mine and his cars. Flaming fault codes ... download app and your good to go. Life saver esp for the price

Works as it should good reader

As the title says, it works in my UK '07 350z RevUp. It reads and clears codes and also reads info like temps, RPM, engine load, etc.I've tried it with a couple of apps (Car Scanner and Car Diagnostic) and both are compatible.Beyond 'it works' there's not much to say apart from the little storage case being a nice touch.

I purchased this OBD2 scanner for customising some of the features on my BMW F36, as I had read about it being compatible with the Bimmercode mobile app. Veepeak’s website has a comprehensive list of compatible mobile apps for different makes and models.The scanner itself comes in a small plastic case with foam inside to prevent any damage. Using the scanner is as easy as can be, simply plug it into your car’s OBD2 scanner port and connect (in my experience, the connection is normally done in-app).As previously mentioned, I have used the scanner to write to my car with Bimmercode and I have also used it with the GaragePro app to read fault codes and it works exceptionally well.For the price, I don’t think you’ll find another scanner with the same capabilities anywhere else. I highly recommend it.

The scanner identified exactly the faults subsequently found in my V50 by my Service Agent - can't ask for more than that - and its great value. It will stay in the car so that if another amber/advisory light comes on, I can stop and check the severity of the fault. This will be so useful if I'm a long way from home.

Great product sadly didn’t work for what I needed it for. I was told it would work for my electric van, but it couldn’t connect for some reason. I’m sure it would work brilliantly for a no electric vehicle.Product looks well made, packaged securely.

Works on my iPhone but did my work with my android head unit and Torque.
