The product was working well up to 5 months and it stopped working. Product work as intended saw significant improvement on area applied will recommend as anything electronic can go bad. However, customer service was excellent by email and since issue could not be resolved. They have agreed to send me a replacement. Let’s hope no issues this time, regardless hope customer service level remains the same.

I’ve had this product now for over a month and it really is such great quality, especially at its particular price point. Product is super easy to use. See video for further details. One knob for power and strength. Various attachments. I find myself using the one for the hair and the all over face bulb the most. I bought initially to help with sudden breakouts, collagen production and product absorption and I can attest to this device actually helping with those things. So far it’s only been a month of using it 3-4 times a week as to not disrupt my skins barrier, not disappointed with it at all.

This is such a great buy! I use it several times a week to help my skincare penetrate even better. It is also great to zap a pimple and get it to heal quicker.

It's easy to use, similar to other more expensive devices. When I received it, the wand didn't work, so I reached out to the company. They are sending me a replacement free of charge. Very good customer service! I'm looking forward to using the device when I get the new one.

I was very disappointed with this product. The quality is poor and it only lasted about six months before it stopped working. I take good care of my skin and used it regularly as intended, and it still ended up breaking very quickly. If you only plan to use it once in a while it might last longer, but with normal consistent use it did not hold up at all. When it broke, I found out you cannot return it or get any kind of refund, which was extremely frustrating. Customer service was not helpful either. I would not recommend this item based on my experience.
