This was a really cool kit. It's geared higher than the broken power wheel drive so it cannot handle grass or inclines but it cruises on flat road. Came with a broken fuse which amazon quickly took care of.

Purchased for my granddaughter's VW Beetle car that had a 6v single motor setup. Another reviewer had the same model (white VW Bug) When it was delivered, I thought it was the wrong setup for how small it looked. I was mistaken as I took it out to my shop to check. It fit flawlessly, all of the wiring was the exact setup I needed. It would have been helpful if the motors already had the wires attached, but it was no problem for me to solder them on. If you're not handy with a soldering iron, I suggest getting small spade crimp on connectors to attach the wires. It was a snap to put it all together. Although if you're not a handy person, it could be challenging for you. It is fairly straightforward in how it gets attached. I would gladly buy another kit like this if I had the need.

I got these harnesses to upgrade my daugther Disney Frozen V6 Ride on Car the one on Walmart. These cars come with one motor Nd qas very slow which it was good for them when they were 2 years old, no they are 4 yrs and they ask daddy they wanted new faster cars so I decide to give it a shot an upgrade there car. Honestly it was very easy to install them, need to drill a 12" hole for the power on/off button, every else fit nicely. I keep the same original pedal and got a 12V battery. They only issue was the fuze keeps resetting when my daugther switches to High Speed for 5 minutes. At Low speed it handles good. Not sure if I need to put a 30A fuse instead of the 20A it comes with. But not sure if the wire will handle the load passing 20A. Not sure why some reviews have mention the wire melted, I havent seen that yet. I keep checking the wire to see if they were getting hot, so far they stay cool. Will update after a few days and after testing with a 30A fuse

I have had no issues with this kit since I started using it. I am using an 18V battery to power this and all of the controls and wires have been solid with no melting or shorting out. It has been driven hard for a few hours cumulative now and my son loves having the car ready to go always. The fast speed is quick so I have it set to slow speed which is still plenty for my 3 year old.

Purchased this product. Installed fairly easily. Minor modifications needed to the cars drive axel to accommodate the new motors. It ran fine for about 5 battery cycles until the connector to the forward/reverse selector melted. I requested a replacement. Received it 3 days later. Installed it without issue. Ran 1 battery cycle and the same issue. Forward/reverse selector melted again in the same spot. Obviously this is not rated for the amperage uses. I'll be sending it back. Shame, as my son really enjoyed the increase speed and power.

I bought a pedal go kart for 3 year old.the gear ratio was to hard to pedal on grass. This kit and a battery installed easily and works great. So much for excercise pedaling. Lots of fun now.

My grandson fried the motors on his Jeep going and down a hill repeated, like 4oo times in a row. I ordered this kit to repair it. The motors fit perfectly. It, took 15 minutes to change the motors out and then 5 minutes to figure out why it would only buzz and not go forward or reverse. You have to be sure #1 the motor leads on one motor are reverse from the other so that the wheels turn in the same direction and #2 that you the motor leads hooked up so that the forward and reverse switch is not swapped over. I recommend theis project to keep the little drivers on the Road

I got this for a 4 wheeler that we found for our daughter and it works but was difficult to install. Some of the connections were nearly impossible to release in order to get the parts in. The pedal did not fit but was able to use the old pedal. Also had to use a different forward and reverse switch because the one that came with it was too tall and didn't fit. After getting everything installed it worked but she has not used it much yet and the power switch is now getting stuck on or not wanting to come on at all...

Pretty decent for what it is, it's a cheap wire kit, providing you change out all the cheap connectors it is a decent unit with a lot of torque, can mow over just about anything and back it's self out, only issues I see as previously mentioned are the connector fitment, caused my forward/park/reverse switch to burn up the contact after about 4 hours of use, supplied 12v at 20amps with a drill battery kit, little man loves it not crazy fast, goes about walking speed in low, and jogging speed in high, about 2.5km/h, and 5km/h
