I'm having a winter baby (due in January) and after ordering these hats I was worried the material would be too thin, more like a summer hat. But these are nice and thick and super cute! I think these should be perfectly warm!

**Updated Review** After washing and drying on medium heat, the hat has shrunken enough to fit a Premie-sized baby. So happy he can wear this to help keep his head warm. The hat is very soft and fits nicely over head and ears. Ordered this cute hat specifically because it offered a Premie size for my small grandbaby. Unfortunately, the hat is 0-12 month and way too big. Will keep it for later, but it doesn't meet the needs now.

Too big for newborn.
These are so cute but are way too big for our newborn, which is a bit unfortunate because by the time they’ll fit her, it’ll be to warm for them. Probably a better fit for a baby a couple months old.
