EXCELLENT!! Goes on nice and thick with a roller. I painted over an existing painting cement porch, approximately 6x12. My prep included pressure washing, some grinding with wire to rough up the finish, gave it a final rinse, applied two coats the following day. I performed this job approximately 4 months ago, still looks great, no issues. Nice nonslip surface.

Excellent coverage but warning this product is very scratchy when dry When the description says anti slip they mean it. Very good product for the floor of my trailer.

Good paint for my shop

Paint is surely grippy! However, I ordered Crimson and the color was straight up brown. Had to return. Paint also chips off of plastic steps with minor effort. Probably much better on concrete or asphalt.
