Completely non stick!!!
What is this witchcraft??? I've made porridge for 50+ years, on a hob with various pans over the years and it ALWAYS sticks... until now. I've never found a pan that doesn't have at least some porridge stuck in the bottom. This is an amazing pan and I will be buying more 😀

Good quality
Bought this to replace an ancient milk pan. I have baking trays made by the same brand which are solid and good nonstick performers. It's sits sturdily on my gas hob,is well balanced so doesn't fall over. A lid is always a useful option. It's perhaps a little large for just a milk pan but a good size for making sauces etc - so spans more than one need. Just wish I'd chosen one with a lip for pouring, but that's my oversight and I'm uncertain whether Scoville have one in the range. Preserve its nonstick quality by using only wooden or non-stick object to stir, as it isnt a cheap option. And despite its dishwasher safe declaration non stick always lasts longer when hand washed.

This brand is brilliant - worth every penny!
This is my second Soville pan and I won't buy anything else now. 1: the heat distribution is even. 2: cooks without sticking, 3: easy to clean, 4: looks smart, 5: handle is easy for older hands to grip, 6: lids fit well with a central handle which doesn't get hot, 7: great on gas but also can be used on my tiny induction hob. This pan is a perfect size when it's meals for two. Next on my wish list is a size bigger. Thought I was a good cook but these pans have helped improve flavours simply because of the even heat and the excellent non-stick.

Rough non-stick surface feels weird
Used a few times now and seems ok but only use it occasionally as I don't like the rough surface.
