Dexter Russell High Heat 6 x 5" S/S Turner w/Blue Handle

I bought this to use on my Rec Tec pellet grill, specifically for making smash burgers on the Grill Grates searing grates. This thing is THE BOMB!!! Very sturdy and a great size. Plus the edges are sharpened which makes it easy to get beneath burger patties, steaks, chicken pieces, etc. One of the best purchases I’ve made for outdoor grilling.

This thing is a beast, and I mean that in a good way. It is incredibly sturdy, doesn't flex, and has perfect heft. It really is the perfect utensil for making Smash Burgers (or Oklahoma Onion Burgers). If I had one complaint, it would be that it is too large to use in a standard sized cast iron skillet, but I don't have that complaint because I use it on a 28" blackstone griddle. Highly recommend.

Somewhere on the web there is a $200 burger spatula that people swears makes better burgers. Well for far less, this does a phenomenal job (hard to picture better) - its big, sturdy, heavy and perfect size for smashing the perfect burgers. Its definitely better than any other spatula I've tried for burger smashing and flipping and its large size makes it good for fish and other meats that need a deft touch to flip and tend to fall apart with smaller spatulas. Its is big though so you probably want a smaller one as well for more delicate jobs.

Lovely piece of kit. Comfortable to hold and feels very solid and robust. Does a great job.

This thing is awesome. The weight of the spatula really helps with making smash burgers. The edges are sharp and allow you to scrape under the flavor built up on the griddle. Easy to clean and has held up well over the six months we've had it. Definitely worth the extra money over the cheaper spatulas, but those have their place in the kitchen as well.

A great spatula for smash burgers and likely chopping cheesestakes on a griddle. Between this and a flexible fish spatula, you will be set. Very sturdy.

This spatula is heavy and very sturdy. It smashes burgers on the griddle without flexing and can smooth vegetable oil into a thin film across the surface of the griddle like a champ. it is a large spatula, and I will be purchasing more Dexter Russell spatulas in the future for the various cooking scenarios on the griddle and grill.

I haven't gotten a chance yet to use this product; it looks great though.
