Got this item today simply beautiful I'd like to thank the Blacksmith Awesome work EGKH rules thank you guys so much. These are truly handmade tools/weapons which brings a whole other element of being special or unique no two blades are exactly the same although I'm sure that they could make them that way because they are extremely skilled Smith's never had a bad experience from the EGKH . It's a piece of art that you don't mind getting dirty . I'v owned many blades in the past but none seem to be as impressive or as strong as these masterpieces coming out of Nepal in my own opinion.

Fantastic blade. Polished, sharp, beautiful wood handle. Scabbard very well done. You cannot go wrong obtaining one of these blades, great workmanship. Packaged very good. This knife is heavy.

If I could it'd be rated 4.5 The ONLY problem I've got with my khukuri is the edge geometry. It is completely diagonal and looking down the blade makes a strange image where you'd expect a straight vertical line along the length. ASIDE from that however this blade is fantastic! Paper slicing/hair shaving sharp out of the box, this item is unexpectedly heavy and feels extremely powerful. As a cutting tool it is pretty good, but the shine on khukuri is their chopping ease! I'm wreaking havoc on these branches and brush. Never get blocked by vines on a nature trail again.
