Marquee first class,very good price and very good quality product also have very good instruction and easy to assemble and pull apart when you not need it , only in our case we need it 3 people to pull apart as we have 10x4 . Had quick delivery the seller and their customer service even so they are based in Germany is Super First Class , first time I had direct contact from Amazon seller , after our event My big 50 party ,we needed get one spare part and customer service was brilliant. Absolutely fantastic item and customer service from the seller. Marquee itself I feel is really good quality - I’ve used it outdoors on concrete a few times, both with the sides on and just with the roof. It’s really sturdy and is fine without the ground pegs as long as you have good quality weights. Seems to be ok with some gusts of wind (as a market organiser I wouldn’t risk it with gusts over 30mph though!) A couple of the poles got damaged so I contacted House of Tents who replied really quickly and have immediately sent out replacements. Would recommend 100%

Brilliant,sturdy and well made 100%recommend and delivered early.

Bought marquee (Order number above) and had some issues. Opened boxes and put up 4th Oct for party on 5th Oct and took marquee down on Sunday 6th Oct. Followed instructions putting up and taking down with 6 people. When put up, 3 small 3mm to 4mm diameter holes in roof as noticed these as light shining through. Also, some of poles were dented at the ends. End sheets kept coming unfixed as pegs far to short and not enough holes to hold down, one in middle and 2 at each side by zips. Needs more holes. The metal hoops in end sheets pulling down and tearing the fabric. Also, sides were OK apart from one corner lifted by gust of wind due to pegs not being long enough, fixed back down again and was OK. Need to modify with longer pegs and bungee chord fixing tent material down. Think it needs more guy ropes along sides and at apex as well. I have attached the weather for the period and mostly calm except for a level 4 on Beaufort wind scale (still low) for maybe 10 mins on night of 5th Oct plus photos of the issues. Please get back to me with your thoughts as what to do if I put the marquee up again as needs additional holding down gear plus better metal fabric hoops to be robust enough to use again.

This tent was bought for a party and did its job well. The kit is easy to assemble, although a trial run is ESSENTIAL. Our product had some of the metal poles bent at the end and one connector with a missing fixing hole, so some immediate repair work was necessary. Do not assume this product will work straight out of the box. The full assembly was easy with four people, taking less than an hour. On a flat clam evening, the tent was great. With 10mph winds the following day, the tent lifted off and blew down the garden, landing in a crumpled heap, beyond repair. It had been weighted with sand weights at each corner, pegs and guy ropes. Make sure you have done everything possible to fix it firmly to the ground, we obviously hadn't. One to put down to experience, and no fault of the manufacturer's. At this price, single use is OK but multi-use would have been better. A value product at a value price, set your expectations accordingly.

Habe das Zelt im Jahr 2019 für unsere Hochzeitsfeier im eigenen Garten bestellt. Zuerst hatten wir überlegt, ein Zelt zu mieten, aber was manche Verleihfirmen für 2 Tage verlangen, ist ein Wahnsinn. Mit dem Kauf des Zelts sind wir auf jeden Fall besser weggekommen. Ware kommt sehr gut verpackt in sehr stabilen Kartons, die man auch für die Lagerung verwenden könnte. Die Beschreibung ist auch sehr verständlich, für den Aufbau braucht man ca. 1 Stunde. Zelt lässt sich sehr gut zusammenbauen. Bei der Länge von 8m sollten jedoch schon mindestens 3 Personen am Werk sein, damit einer zwischendrin die Verbindung der Stangen stützen kann beim Hochheben, usw. Steckverbindungen sind sehr gut gemacht, lassen sich problemlos verbinden und auch wieder lösen. Keine billigen, dünnen Rohre, sondern wirklich gute Qualität. Die Plane wirkt auch sehr dick und reißfest. Das Anbringen ist ein wenig ein Gefummel, vor allem wenn man nicht so groß ist und die Plane an der oberen Stange befestigen muss. Haben uns noch von der Firma die Aufbewahrungstasche genau für das Zelt bestellt. So kann alles wieder schön verstaut werden bis zur nächsten Party. Sind vollkommen zufrieden und würden das Zelt jederzeit wiederkaufen!
