This works amazing for putting up doors by yourself

Works well. I had to paint part of it, because it is hard to find sometimes being all black.

This is a convenient lever to help the lone worker to keep the door in the proper position; it is not perfect, but it is helpful. It is straightforward in its use, but not ideal. (1) I think the lip on which the door sits should be up to an inch longer to match the width of a normal interior door. (2) On that same short lip, the door can easily slip off; I attached a thin piece of soft rubber to provide a measure of friction to resist the bottom of the door from the slipping off the lip.

I had to replace 16 doors in a modular home. These doors were either missing, damaged, or cut on the bottom so there was nearly a 2 inch gap between the bottom of the door and the floor. Why would anybody install a door like that? Anyway, this tool is pretty sturdy and easy to use. I was hanging hollow core doors, so weight was not a big factor. This is a way better system than rigging up an old school lever and fulcrum system. Same outcome. Just a lot easier and quicker. I recommend this highly. It still helps to have a second set of hands available to hang doors, but if you need to, this handy tool makes the job achievable by just one worker.

It kinda works. I used it on heavy solid-core doors and it definitely made the job easier, but not THAT much easier. The tool slips around too much and needs to have a larger platform and a stronger "pedal". It needs anti-skid upgrades.

Handy tool. I use it more for drywall than anything else

Un levier avec un fort point d'appui. Un outil simple, solide, et d'une redoutable efficacité ! A mon âge lever une porte devient difficile, voire dangereux. Avec ce levier c'est un jeu d'enfant. Pourquoi est-ce que je n'ai pas acheté ça plus tôt ?

Producto muy robusto, a la vez que ligero, y muy fácil de usar, como ha sido en mi caso, con unas puertas bastante pesadas que, con este aparato, se pueden manejar por una sola persona, con gran facilidad. Lo recomiendo totalmente.
