Not Original...There is no branding tag and chain closer is also different than images shown here. Still it's comfortable...I need to travel soon so not returning but it was disappointing.

Nice comfortable neck pillow. I wanted something firm and not like other pillows that are soft. This product meets my expectations. Colour is also good. I didn't have a scale so kept a duster for reference 😅

There are some gaps all over the foam and it is really soo hard to remove the outer cover/cloth It is comfortable and travel friendly

I love how bendable this pillow is - able to support your head/neck in various positions whether you’re in an airplane middle seat or next to the wall. As I was sleeping on the plane, I could easily adjust it as I changed positions. No odor from the foam or other materials inside. Soft, but firm enough to support. The cover is soft and easy to wash (air dries quickly in hotel room). Great for car or airplane. Very portable - bends in half to easily fit in backpack.

Admitted to hospital with excruciating all-over pain (bone cancer, with low back compression fracture). I had this pillow mailed to my BFF’s house and she brought it to the hospital. I had trouble clicking the fastener, so I used it like a soft and dense “log” behind my neck, between my aching knees, sitting upright in a chair…found many places to use it. It didn’t take away ALL the pain, of course, but provided a good measure of relief. And I didn’t have to pay a lot for it. I’m home now (living in my recliner most of the days), and it’s behind my lumbosacral region in my recliner. It’s dense but soft.

My spouse is living with advanced cancer and has difficulty with comfort and support. This has been the best gift and answer to his needs. He is mostly in the recliner and this travel pillow supports his neck perfectly while is able to work and sleep. It was so amazing I bought a second one because I have been experiencing shoulder and back pain. Since sleeping with this at night, I have not had back pain. I have also used it for shoulder pain and place it strategically to support my problematic elbow and shoulder while I sleep. It's so versatile. We bring this in the car and it has helped with lumbar support as well. I will be ordering several more for multiple uses. The design, flexibility, and the firmness is just right.
