Why is this so much money

Thank you for your interest in Battle Brick! Cost of our custom sets made with real LEGO(R) are determined by several factors: 1. Cost of LEGO(R) parts 2. Cost of custom molded SWAT items 3. Selling fees 4. plus a markup for our labor and to pay expenses. We also offer a basic swat truck for 16% less: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01JFR7LEQ

on the top of the truck is there a seat or is there a little seat that goes up and down?

The figurine is standing up. There is a hatch at the top of the vehicle that opens.

Can minifigures go in the front seats?

"Seating for up to 4 minifigures, driver and 3 figures in row behind driver"

Do you guys sell a bell uh-1 huey on amazon? If not can you?

We don' t currently. We have plans in the future.
