Great and worth the money and time to cook wild rice.
Healthy and delicious. Wild rice can take a bit longer than white rice to cook and known that your rice is from a reputable source and consistently good is a big deal and you can be reassured that it will be delicious. Whether you mix it in a pilaf or by itself it is a great choice. You will not be disappointed.

Wonderful Wild Rice
I had difficulty finding this in our local grocery stores. This is great rice! We mix some with brown rice and think it makes a delicious dish! Will purchase again before we run out!

What kind of chemicals are being used for growing?
I love wild rice. This brand was a little on the tough side. Should cook longer than recommended. Oterwisebit was very good. I’m from MN so I am familiar with the Red Lake Nation

I have been unable to find a package of wild rice in the local grocery stores that is just wild rice - nothing else mixed with it like brown rice or spices. This product is just wild rice. Has a good flavor and cooks up fairly quickly. Do not have to soak before cooking.

Red Lake Nation Wild Rice
This is a very good quality of wild rice. I cook it in a rice cooker 50/50 brown rice to wild rice for 1.5 hrs. with some sesame oil and Himalayan salt. Brown rice is 2 to 1 with water and the wild rice is 3 to 1. The order also came with a nice little booklet with 9 recipes and cooking instructions. The brown and wild rice combo is also great to use in stuffing and other side dishes.
