Arrived in good condition and sealed packaging
I just started using it so I have no review to its result yet, however, I'm sure it is authentic because the smell is "very sebamed" (I have been using only sebamed products since 1 year ago so I am familiar with their product smell) and the packaging arrived in good condition.

Different from the European version
I've been using this cream for many years, living in Europe. It is so far the best cream I've used for my extremely dry skin, especially in my face. One of the (for me) most important features of the European version is that it does not create a stiff layer on the skin like the vast majority of other cremes. Now, being tied to Dubai for several months, I ordered it here and found that the version sold in the UAE unfortunately does what I described above: it creates a stiff layer on the skin. It's consistency is much firmer than in Europe. Still a good cream but I certainly prefer the European version.

I like the feel of my skin after applying. It goes in quickly and works well with foundations and other products used on top of it. Never irritates or inflames the skin, and I seem to be keeping the lines at bay for the most part using it. It has never caused any kind of reaction like other products I have used, so appears to be good for sensitive skins.
