How does Angel Chimes work?

The heat from the four candles rises and turns the carousel, causing the angels to gently strike the bells.

Why isn’t my Angel Chimes rotating?

Make sure the center rod is perfectly vertical, the pointed pin is facing upward, and the turbine can rotate freely without touching surrounding parts.

Are the candles included?

Yes. Four candles are included. Replacement Chime Candles are also available separately from our Amazon Store.

Why is the metal lightweight?

The lightweight metal construction allows the carousel to respond to the gentle heat rising from the candles and rotate smoothly.

How loud are the bells?

Angel Chimes are designed to create a soft, gentle chime rather than a loud bell sound.
