I really love the berry scent of it, not anything overpowering or chemically scented, it overally does the job, only it makes my hair a bit frizzy

Too much foam and lather and did not protect my hair colour.

My hair looks greasy after only few hours. I have normal type of hair. Probably is suitable for very dry hair.

Its really not harsh on my scalp and hair. Its agreat replacement for many expensive shampoo.

The best smelling conditioner I have ever smelt. (and I've smelled a lot, I'm a licensed cosmetologist) it's worth buying for the scent alone. for the main this helps protect color, truly does. I color my hair (quite often) to punky color flamingo pink, with a dash of purple to darken it up ever so slightly. Problem is, I have to be careful what products I use, I do my best to get the color to last as long as possible, and this conditioner, did it's job super well. My color lasted the longest ever, using this (and the matching shampoo) It didn't even start fading until 5 months (do not expect these same results I do a lot of other things this just drastically help prolong the color though) after coloring it, and by then I already had noticeable regrowth. Truly impressed with it's color protecting abilities, especially on semi-permanent exotic colors. It was just ok in the "keep hair soft and manageable" area. My hair was soft, and brush-able, it didn't help much with my hair tangling issue, but in all fairness almost nothing it, my hair knots up if you look at it wrong. What I can say is it didn't dry my hair out, or make these issues worse. I also can't say it improved my hair in away, Hair felt clean and soft, but nothing WOW worthy. A good hot hair straightening blow dry always helps, but my hair can handle hot hot heat.

The shampoo is nice and gentle on my hair. My hair feels silky soft after using it a few times and in 1 instance I forgot to use a conditioner post the shampoo too but it made no difference to the look and feel of my hair. Loved it

Only a little is needed as it lathers nicely. Pleasant smell.
