What is the weight limit on this pillow?

I'm not sure but my mom weight 154 she uses it comfortably.

Does this pillow come in a larger size?

This is the only size we have, but you may be able to find a larger size with a different brand.

Can this pillow be laundered? If so, how?

There are no instructions with the pillow and there is no way to remove the cover, so I don't believe one could launder it....only spot clean. The pillow is too thick for it to dry out properly if one were to put it in the washing machine.

Comfortable for pelvic floor pain?

yes it's very comfortable I'm not sure about floor pain, my mom uses it for pressure sores so I assume it would work for any pain.
