Read a lot about biotin and how it’s either absorbed/accessed by the body or it just passes through your system. Giving this a try to see if better results. So far it seems to be working as my hair is growing well and my nails are also growing well. I also take collagen peptides and colostrum so this could all be a compounded affect. Pills are easy to swallow, have no taste, I haven’t noticed any side effects. Cost seems pretty comparable to other supplements.

Recommended by my dermatologist. I have thinning hair due to menopause. These combined with my Minoxidil have made all the difference in the world. I have new growth and less shedding. It takes a few good months to see a difference, but definitely has made a difference for me!

Dermatologist recommended this and MaryRuths Peach/Mango for my friend’s hair loss. Her hair growth was down right amazing. Before that I tried everything. She said to give it 3 months before there would be obvious signs of improvement and to not freak out because there is a shedding phase within that 3 months. These work great if you take them with the right combination of vitamins. I use to buy these keratin vitamins in Belgium that used cynatine keratin as the main ingredient and it worked wonders on my eye lashes and hair. This is the main ingredient that the other vitamin had, just different manufacturer. 3 bottles later. Don’t know, but something has changed since the first bottle and they were out of stuck for a while. Since I record the new bottles I noticed less results. Will stick with it for a little longer to see what Happens. Eye lashes are not as full and not as long. Time will tell.

It works! Had very thin hair that was continuing to fall out. Use these as directed and my hair is thicker and growing like crazy. Even my hairdresser noticed.

Because of my thyroid issues, I have nail problems. I have tried regular biotin supplements but they did not help my nails at all. Even taking BioSil, which contains orthosilicic acid, a form of silicon, didn't help enough. So I changed to this True HNS product taking one pill 3x a day and after about 3-4 months for it to saturate my system, then my nails began showing a big improvement. They weren’t as soft as they used to be & I had lots less troubles with peeling & tearing. With my medical issues, I will always have nail issues to some extent, but for me, this product is definitely worth taking!
