I bought the ZOSI 4PACK 1920TVL 1080P 4-in-1 HD TVI/CVI/AHD/CVBS Security Cameras 100ft Night Vision CCTV Cameras Home Security Day/Night Waterproof Camera for 960H/ 720P / 1080N / 1080P Analog DVR Systems cameras to start replacing a 10 year old camera system already in place that was starting to become more of a nuisance than a surveillance system. The old cameras became so bad that someone walking directly in front of the cameras couldn’t be identified 10 feet away. Because I work in a prison, I have higher security surveillance in some areas and less critical lower security surveillance in others. I chose 3 different camera styles with different viewing capabilities for the areas I was trying to surveil. One of the requirements I had to have was total compatibility with my current system and there was no problem with any of the cameras that I hooked up- basically plug and play. After reviewing footage of these cameras, I was extremely impressed with the clarity of the video and in the application I needed these cameras for, I had to have a wide angle view to cover a lot of ground. I then installed 2 (for a total of 8 cameras) ZOSI 4 Pack 2.0 Megapixel HD 1080P 4 in 1 TVI/CVI/AHD/CVBS Security Cameras Day Night Waterproof Camera 100ft IR Distance For HD-TVI, AHD, CVI, and CVBS/960H analog DVR System cameras for roof placement and my larger areas like the gymnasium. While I was installing one of the cameras, as soon as it was turned on, it fogged up and gave me a “No Signal” error. I replaced it with a spare that I had and had no further problems. Image quality was phenomenal and I had better coverage than my previous setup. The last 4 cameras I bought were ZOSI 2.0 Megapixel HD 1080P 4 in 1 TVI/CVI/AHD/CVBS Security Cameras Day Night Waterproof Camera 65ft IR Distance, Compatible for HD-TVI, AHD, CVI, and CVBS/960H analog DVR ones that replaced some of my internal cameras around our Culinary department and visiting areas. And again, I had no complaints with the quality of the images. After about a month of continuous use, one of my first 4 cameras displayed images that began to turn green, then purple, and then faded to black. I had lost the image completely. As I only had access to email since I work graveyards and most people are comfortably asleep in their beds, I contacted Zosi Customer Service and explained the circumstances of my failed cameras. Within a day, Coco had contacted me for more details of the malfunctions. After I sent model and serial numbers for the defective cameras, she sent me two replacement cameras without waiting for the faulty ones to be sent in. For me, that was a first! The usual process has always been- File a claim, wait for a return label, wait for the company to receive the product, then wait some more for them to tell me it was something I did, then argue back and forth until they reluctantly send me a replacement. In this case- not a single complaint about how the claim was handled and Coco was absolutely great! She was able to get back with me within a day or two at most and had all my questions answered and new cameras sent to me- all right before Christmas! Thanks for such an awesome experience!!!

Have been getting many ZOSI cameras this year, at least a dozen, 4-5 different models. Found couple defective ones that the company replaced without too much hassle. This one is almost entirely plastic and weighs less than half as much as others before. Seems to work better than the others, about 80deg wide angle, good night vision options. ***Huge caution against using the "Reset" option in the menu. I tried it on this one and thought that killed it, but it came back on after a couple minutes, not 5 sec. as noted in the instructions. I have another (similar) ZOSI model that I "reset" but it is a gonner (will show scrambled video sometimes, mostly black screen). I will try and return/exchange that. No more resetting for me! Overall video quality is good (not bad, not great). It does not do well with sun lit and dark shadow areas in the same view. Lots of controls in the menu to try, but I could not get a good balance when sun and shadows are in the view. Does very well if the view is uniformally lit with normal daylight. Night view is good but if your view is less than 15 feet, the IR projects a bright spot at the center rather than an uniform flood lighting. If your night view is more than 20 feet, the IR brightness drops off quickly. I found it best to try the default setting first, then change only what you don't like a little at a time. Changing a setting during the daytime can also change the night setting at the same time (for better or worse).

I purchased the Zosi camera in hopes it would work with my existing DVR, because I couldn't get replacement cameras from the company that made the DVR. I connected the Zosi camera to my DVR and it works perfectly. I ordered 2 more cameras, coax cable and power packs to setup other cameras I need. The camera arrived within a few days and I'm happy that I now have a source for replacement cameras that are easy to set up and work well. They are easy to mount and adjust.

Good wired camera for the price. Good clear picture of what it needs to overlook. Great buy for the price will purchase more

To start off with I will say for the price, and what you get this system is decent. if you're using it indoors you might be fine, but all of my camera's are outside so maybe that's the issue. It comes with 16 cameras, a mix of dome and regular. Out of the box i loved this system. After about 6 months, and the first real storm of the season I had 3 cameras go out. My wiring was fine, and everything was tapped and covered as it should be. The cameras just went out. I attempted to contact their customer support, and got 0 response so I posted a Amazon review and got a response the next day. The Rep was super nice, and very helpful. He ended up getting my broken camera's replaced for me at no cost, and sent me a prepaid postage to mail the defective camera's back. I went ahead replaced them and all good. Fast forward another month-month and a half and guess what. another storm. With that 2 more cameras down. At that stage i was fed up trying to work with Zosi. I paid $20 for a new dome camera, and used a spare i had from a previous camera system to get back up and running. Honestly if another group of camera's goes out again ill probably end up just replacing the system completed with a different company. I had a swann system for years and never had a single issue with them. I gave them a try and honestly regret it at this point. My suggestion is to buy a different system unless you want to replace cameras repeatedly. Update number who knows now. So another summer storm, and shockingly 4 more cameras out. That now means a grand total of 10 cameras have shorted out. At this stage it would have been more cost effective for me to buy a whole new system then it is to keep replacing all these cameras. Don't buy this system, it's not worth it.

This is my third type of Zosi cctv cameras - I have the 800 tvl with 24 IR and 42 IR Leds, respectively. I just got these today and tested them, all are working and there is an audible click when it switches to IR. However, one camera moved easily at the "elbow" and I wasn't able to get the screw to turn to tighten or loosen, so I suspect it was cross threaded so it is basically unadjustable. Compared to the Zosi 800 tvl camera with 24 IR led (X000S13SXX) that I bought, this one, although sharp, is not as sharp as the 800 tvl camera. As with the 800 tvl 24 IR led camera there is a noticeable halo which doesn't occur with the Zosi 800 tvl camera with 42 IR leds (X000MTK6g3). Correction - I discovered that the halo effect was caused by light reflecting off a surface adjacent to the camera when I was trying it out. Once I moved the camera beyond that there was no halo effect. I left the camera running overnight and when I turned on the tv to check the camera it suddenly, for want of a better word, "clicked" and the image suddenly got sharper and has been sharper ever since! Don't know what happened since there was no change in cable or power supply, but I'm hoping the sharpness it's currently showing will remain.

This is a pretty good camera for the price. Not as clear as I was expecting but the wide angle is great. But can’t complain for the price.

I got this cam to my existing Swann system and it was basically plug and play. Important to note that it does not come with a power adapter or BNC cables. Ok quality, you can't expect the best quality from a cam so cheap. Meant as a secondary or third/fourth cam where quality is not the priority, just detection.

I gave it one star because it worked with my existing Lorex system. This camera is in no way 1080p. You get what you pay for I guess. They just should not state untrue specs in the description.....disappointed.
