This set comes with everything that you need for pretty much all your aches and pains. I haven't used any of these pieces as a cold therapy so I won't have any thoughts on that aspect but let me tell you using it with the heat aspect is amazing! Lets just put it this way...working 3rd shift at a bakery and standing for 7 1/2 hrs + having fibro and arthritis + being a bigger gal= body aches and very stiff joints so when I was lucky enough to try out this full body set I couldn't wait! In this set you get a rectangular pad that feels amazing on your forehead esp when you are dealing with a stress headache and with my life I deal with those a few times a week, you also get an eye mask that fits perfect and is not to tight and the heat from the pack helps those tired eyes and the scent helps relax you as you drift off to sleep and I should add the mask works great blocking out the sun and since I sleep during the day that is huge for me. Now the shoulder pad and the lower back pad is pure heaven, I carry a lot of stress on my shoulders and do find myself when sitting in a slumped over with my shoulders and back due to bad posture and my lower back pain is so bad with back spasms from carrying my extra weight and the being on my feet for long hrs that I'm honestly in tears when I get home in the morning. So this is pretty much my routine since I received this set, I get home around 4:15 am take off my shoes, apron and what not and I put each of these items in the microwave until they are at the heat level that I want and then I just put them on and lay on the couch for a good 30 mins and then I get my son up and around for school or what not and when it's finally time for me to get a few hrs of sleep then I warm up the eye mask and head to bed and within minutes I'm sleeping like a baby. What I love about the shoulder and the lower back part besides the heat therapy part is I like the heavy feel of it and it just feels awesome, the only downfall that I have with this is I do wish it came in a larger size because lets face it I'm a bigger women and I have more area to cover. This is a fantastic set. I have used these type of things before, and I was really excited to see this set. They are really well made and really easy to use. I usually stick them in the microwave for about 1 minute 30 seconds, and they are plenty hot enough. You can also freeze them which is what I do with the eye pack. My only complaint about the set is the eye pack , I have to use it laying down, because it is so heavy, I found it hard to use sitting up. They are really well made, the material is nice and thick, so you dont have to worry about ut tearing up. The shoulder wrap is my favorite because it fits perfect around your shoulders. The other is nice as well because it has a strap to hold it in place on your back. Im really happy with it, and I have been usuojg it alot. I recieved this for no cost for my honest, unbiased review .
