How do you take off a t-shirt with this?

there is a buckle underarm, you can put your hands inside the robe,bring the t-shirt up through the middle and pull it up over your head.the robe is just a whole cover covering you.

Is this roomy enough for 5'9" 190 lb to actually change out of swim suit? And is pocket waterproof?Thanks!

This is plenty big. I easily change out of my swim suit. This is not waterproof, It's a basically a pull over Terry cloth bathrobe.
