Must have for IBS-C!!!!
I have suffered from IBS-C for years & lately it was unbearable so I bought these, been taking 1 a day with a full glass of water and 2 magnesium capsules at night, making sure I drink 2ltrs of water a day and they work wonders! I'm not sure if it's this product or the mixture of the the 2 but I've been with ease 3 times in the last week with no pain which is absolutely massive for me. I'll continue taking them and might up to twice a day to keep me regular and pain free. Highly recommend.

Only works great when you take 6 capsules or more per day. Anything less and it won’t work.
