Plus, it is similar to the one in the physiotherapy department. It is wonderful, I can’t believe the difference to ones I have I used to use. Size is fantastic, it is really sturdy, no slipping or moving about, and a very good grip surface. I does have 2 levels through locked in risers, I doubt I will ever unlock said risers, however the function is there if needed. This is an investment in my health and mobility and I can do as little or a much as I want to, when I want to. Options to adjust height and functionality of the step are good and easily undertaken. I look forward to using the Reebok for my morning workouts and am feeling more physical benefits than I had with my previous step. To lie in and use dumbbells?** A: Absolutely, I put my mat on top of the step and lie on it to do my weights. I also do press ups on it so has a variety of uses.
