Skwish Classic 6"

Decades ago I bought one of these for my pre-toddler son.Over the years this is my go-to gift for “first birthday” for children of friends and family.Most recently I purchased the Skwish Classic for my granddaughter. She enjoys playing with it. It’s a great experience for visual stimulation and to engage developing motor skill.

These tensegrity toys are so cool. I think it demonstrates difficult structural concepts, and makes them easy to understand and visualize. I buy one for each of my relatives once they have a kid. I frequently hear adults find it at least as interesting as children, and the natural wood versions could pass for a small sculpture.

Update: she's almost 2 years old and still plays with this. It's held up really well and still is fun for her.My baby is 3.5 months old and just starting to grab things. This toy was recommended to me by my mom group and can say it's been a hit. Super lightweight so it's easy for baby to grab. Makes a bit of noise but not obnoxiously like I find electronic toys. She can chew on it, hold it, pass between hands. It's fantastic. Her physical therapist said it's a great developmental toy and I'm so glad we got it.

Genius little toy. My kids loved it when they were babies. Easy to grab, shake, put in the mouth, twistable so baby can't hurt itself. Highly recommended.

I buy these all the time both for baby toys and desk objects. Fun and tactile without all the plastic in other toys.

i got this for my little papashito when he was about 3 months old. he's 10 months now and he still plays with it. i love the colors, the quality, and the gentle wooden sounds it makes. great for car rides. great in general

Our local high-end toy store recommended this when our boys were babies, 15 years ago. It was their favorite toy. They STILL have them and they look brand new. Very well made. Babies can pull and stretch them and grab easily from any angle. The primary colors are interesting for babies, and I don’t have to worry because it’s wood and nontoxic . We have since bought this as a baby gift for everyone we know having a baby. Best baby toy ever.

Very happy with my product

This is such a beautiful toy. I bought it for my neice, who turned one, but I feel as though it can be enjoyed by children of all ages. It's very interactive/ stimulating for the senses because the sliding wooden beads make a nice hollow sound, almost like a rainmaker. I think it's great for teething because the wooden ends are a nice size, and the wood isn't easily dented. The elastic is very sturdy, so I don't think there is any chance of it loosening. The colours are so vibrant and it just feels like a high-quality item. Because of this purchase, I have fallen in love with the brand. I paid £14, and definitely feel it was well worth the money, because she loves it!

Toy as described. My 9 month old loves rattling it and watching the balls move. She has also used it as a teether.

Jouet très agréable : couleurs vives pour attirer bébé ; le bois est léger donc facile à soulever pour bébé, la "sphère" est déformable, le jouet s’aplatit donc si bébé tombe dessus il y a peu de conséquences ; les billes en bois qui glissent le long des tubes en bois font un bruit léger très relaxant (pour moi) ; Bébé peut passer sa langue autour des cordes élastiques noires ou autour des tubes en bois ce qui lui fait faire de bon exercices de langue (#freindelanguerestrictif, #frénectomie) et ce qui peut soulager ses gencives si il va plus dans le mordant. Un basique que je recommande !!

Se puede estirar y encoger, hay algunas pelotillas que van sueltas por dentro y hacen ruido al agitarlo. El niño puede meter la mano y explorar las 3 dimensiones.
